The room was really comfortable with two beds, an electric kettle, a personal safe, and an electronic key card.

It was a really lovely stay on a vacation. I had the standard twin room, it was fashionable and tidy.

Just a 15-minute walk away there was Shek Mun tube station. Greatly enjoyed the way our twin room with comfy bed was.

This is a brand-new fairly clean hotel providing brand-new rooms. The staff are genuinely helpful, managed the parking onsite. The location of the property is good, near Shek Mun MTR station, park directly across the road, and local amenities. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Sha Tin district. The lobby bar is a nice plus. When I am in Hong Kong, I like staying here.

The location was great with a good Japanese restaurant, promenade, and malls nearby. The staff was good and lovely throughout our stay. The room we had was luxurious and beautiful with a comfy bed and complementary bottled water.

asked for standard queen room and it was big with comfy bed. the breakfast was incredibly nice, had fab meals.

The room was beautifully designed and elegant, with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor. We loved the Japanese restaurant with its great view and delicious food. The service provided by GSM-Kim and GSO-Avis was excellent, and the housekeeping service exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location may be a bit far, but it is definitely worth the journey. I highly recommend Alva Hotel By Royal for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Peaceful hotel with brand-new facilities and well-mannered staff.

Beds were too small.

Located in the bustling area of Shatin, this hotel is convenient for shopping and exploring nearby malls and shops. The MTR station is within walking distance and provides easy access to other parts of the city. Rooms are well-equipped and comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and the breakfast buffet offers quality food. Lifts are fast and the hallways are well-lit and spacious. Guests can enjoy the incredible TV with a wide selection of channels and even control the air conditioning with an iPad.

The hotel could benefit from improving their shuttle service frequency.

The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and malls. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options.

The limited availability of the swimming pool.

The exclusive amenities in this hotel surpassed my expectations. I felt pampered and indulged during my stay with the luxurious room advantages. The seasonal outdoor pool was enjoyable, equipped with sun loungers and offering beach umbrellas. The exquisite restaurant served special diet menus, ensuring everyone's needs are fulfilled. The service was exceptional, and the staff were polite and helpful at all times.

My only minor issue during my stay was breakfast, seeing as it was served late at 10 am. The restaurant's rather expensive prices made it less viable as a regular option too.
